  • Role is temporary for an immediate start.

About Our Client:

A Government organisation.

  • Role is temporary to end of October, followed by 6 month extension
  • Must have a British passport or indefinite leave to remain status
  • Must be flexible to travel to different locations for training purposes
  • Full vetting process to be complete before the start date, including but not limited to, right to work check, DBS, proof of address, 3 years referencing.

Team Leader:
PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST HAVE BRITISH CITIZENSHIP OR INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN.

  • Lead a team of 10+ agents over a range of shifts
  • Motivate and develop the team and encourage communication
  • Coach and support all members of the team including training new agents
  • Complete monthly 121's & Monthly audits
  • Maintain staff Rota and ensure its up to date at all times
  • Maintain staff absence and be up to date with HR polices
  • Ensure all agents have completed mandatory training to timescales
  • Schedule team work to required timescales and Service levels
  • Lead the planning implementation, in order to ensure the availability of required staff members
  • Ensure that agreed processes/standards/timescales/Quality Requirements are adhered to
  • Identify and manage improvements within own area
  • Update and maintain data base/systems/documentation
  • Comply with regulatory requirements where applicable
  • Collect and provide statistical data/reports as required

The Successful Applicant:


Team Leader:
PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST HAVE BRITISH CITIZENSHIP OR INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN.

  • Previously managed and able to lead a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Expert understanding of relevant systems / ERP
  • Highly developed user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good at internal and external communication
  • Ability to manage a small budget (FTEs, overtime)
  • Ability to set and achieve performance targets
You will enjoy helping people, ensuring everyone receives a professional, efficient and considerate customer experience.

What's on Offer:


  • Process Team Leader
  • TEMPORARY to end of October, will extend 6 months with FTC opportunity at the end
  • Fully onsite in London, no remote or hybrid working
  • Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Temp hourly rate £ holiday pay = £16.81 hourly pay rate
  • Must have a British passport or indefinite leave to remain status
  • Must be flexible to travel to different locations for training purposes
, including outside London
