    We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as a Senior Early Years Practitioner/Room Leader and Team Leader.

    Senior Early Years Practitioner Role Requirements:

    • Passion and enthusiasm for providing exceptional childcare.
    • Ability to manage a small team.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a nursery setting, including some senior-level experience.
    • Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent degree.
    • Effective planning skills within the EYFS framework.
    • Highly developed administrative skills.
    • Observation completion and reporting.
    • Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and external authorities.
