Non-domestic Energy Assessor - Lancashire, United Kingdom - AG Built Environment Consultancy

Description

The primary role will be to carry out site surveys and generating Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for commercial properties, as part of the sustainability team.

• Undertaking site surveys for energy assessments/modelling & nondomestic EPCs.
• Providing advice on reducing energy, CO2 emissions and construction costs.
• Liaison with clients providing advice on meeting legislative targets and energy goals.
• Travelling independently to site surveys.

• Accredited Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA)
• Level
• Experience using iSBEM and/or DesignBuilder building modelling software.
• Good understanding and knowledge of building regulations and building services equipment.
• Manage own diary and workload.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Own vehicle and driving licence.
• Willing to work from an office a couple of days a week.
• Domestic Energy Assessments (not essential).
