Join us as a Learning Design Capability Consultant

  • This is an opportunity for a passionate and driven Learning Design Capability Consultant to help scope, create and implement capability solutions to support our colleagues to deliver effortless customer experiences
  • You'll build and maintain stakeholder relationships at varying levels of seniority to identify and meet capability needs
  • Hone your consultancy capabilities and advance your career in this fastpaced and challenging role

What you'll do:


As a Learning Design Capability Consultant, we'll look to you to develop engaging learning solutions to support various colleagues across Retail Banking, as well as maintaining and developing curriculum content for new-to-role colleagues.


On top of this, you'll be:

  • Managing time and resources effectively to maximise productivity
  • Providing a curation service, and advice on existing talent and leadership content
  • Managing daytoday activities within our agreed risk appetite
  • Promoting and communicating learning experiences

The skills you'll need:


To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in the design, development and evaluation of bespoke solutions to build organisational, talent or leadership development.


You'll also bring:

  • Experience of Training Needs Analysis
  • Action, blended and adult learning experience
  • Experience in using digital learning software such as Rise 360, Storyline, Vyond etc.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • External supplier engagement and management skills
  • An external network to bestinclass solutions and partners
