Membership Services Officer
The role
In addition, the role also requires the provision of general clerical assistance for the events team within APIL.
You
Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong written, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to deal patiently, professionally and with empathy at all times.
Good organisational and accuracy skills are very important as you will be required to manage several duties at the same time.
A keen eye for detail is essential; a legal background or knowledge of the personal injury legal sector would also be helpful.
You will be conversant with Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. An understanding of customer service practices together with receptionist experience, receiving visitors and mail room activities is preferred.About APIL
