The team is developing and expanding with the potential of becoming a 24hr service covering 365 days a year. As such you will be expected to work a shift pattern which has the potential to include night shift. At present the teamwork across 7 days.


You will have a positive approach to work, with a demonstrable background of providing high quality care and evidence of commitment to professional development.

You will have experience and willingness to teach and educate others as well as a commitment to service development.

You will be responsible for the leadership of junior staff and health care assistants to produce the best possible outcomes for older people in the community and healthcare settings.

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.

If necessary, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
