The Role


As a BMS Project Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in the London & South East region.

Your mission? To forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, consultants, and building owners.

Your charisma, technical acumen, and strategic thinking will position you as a trusted advisor, enabling you to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Nurture and expand our existing client base while actively seeking out new prospects.
  • Leverage your BMS expertise to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, positioning yourself as a thought leader.

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the Building Management System or related industry.
  • A deep passion for sustainability and the transformative power of BMS technology.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that inspire confidence and trust.
