Welder Fabricator

Permanent

£13-£16 per hour (depending on experience)

Other benefits include overtime, holiday allowance and pension

Monday 7:30am-16:00pm

Tuesday 7:30am - 16:30pm

Wednesday 7:30am - 5pm

Thursday 7:30am - 5pm

Friday 7:30am - 12pm

(39 hours per week)

A great opportunity has arisen with one of our clients, who are a well-respected and ambitious establishment in the engineering and manufacturing industry. They are looking to secure a Welder/Fabricator, who has previous experience welding/fabricatingmetal components or machinery (MIG or TIG). You will be expected to read engineering drawings, understand tolerances and bend allowances.

Welder Fabricator

Welding and fabrication of stainlesssteel material 1.0mm 12mm thickness including pipework / purge.
Read engineering drawings, understand tolerances / bend allowances
Assisting day to day running of the factory production areas and jobs allotted to your control in accordance with schedules and completion dates assigned.
Ensuring the area and environment is well maintained and complying with health and safety guidelines

Welder Fabricator

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

Wellversed welding/fabricating with metals (MIG or TIG)
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Fabrication and sheetmetal machinery experience

Welder Fabricator

Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

City & Guilds Qualifications in welding and fabrication or Apprentice in Engineering would be an advantage
Experience welding sheet metal for machinery
