We are currently looking for someone to join our Support Team providing customer-focused support across a range of activities.
In this role you will be dealing with UNISON members who may be seeking advice and support on a range of issues.
In most instances, you will be the first point of contact so you need to be approachable, possess excellent communication skills and have experience of handling calls which can sometimes be difficult.
Your role will also be to provide full administrative support including keeping accurate records on our database, managing stock levels and resources, setting up and servicing meetings, archiving, and assist with delivering a programme of events.
Everything you do will be focussed on ensuring our members receive the highest possible standards of service and support even when working under pressure.
