My client, based in new offices in Haddenham is looking for a Part Time Administrator on a Temporary or Permanent basis.

The duties of the Part Time Administrator are to:

  • Accurately maintain and input information.
  • Work efficiently in the logging and distribution of incoming documentation.
  • Work closely with colleagues supporting the business in providing an efficient and professional administrative function by carrying out general administration duties and assist the Operations Support Department and other departments as directed.

The successful Part time Administrator applicant will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be competent with Microsoft programmes.
  • Be able to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
  • Can work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
Working hours for this Administrator role are 20 hours per week flexible on days

Salary 23-25K pro rata.
