ASA are seeking a Resources Officer Duration: 12 months fixed term Location: Inverness

Salary pro rata: 19k-23k

This is a job share position working 21 hours Wednesday Thursday and Friday

Coordinate repairs & maintenance programme for Catering, Cleaning and FMequipment. Monitor Environmental Health Reports for all school kitchens, and coordinate works required to comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety Regulations. Administer Preventative Maintenance Contract and ensure required actions are implemented
Coordinate purchase and installation of heavy equipment
Catering, Cleaning and FM
Maintain records using various database and spreadsheet systems
