Motor Trade Service Advisor required for Commercial Vehicle Dealership in Dartford

Monday - Friday 44.5 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8.00am pm

Salary, depending on experience, in the region of £24-29,500 + performance-related bonus
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Greeting customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience from start to finish;
Booking vehicles into the workshop and liaising with the Workshop Controller and Technicians to keep the customer up to date with any work required;
Upselling the services and products provided by the Dealership.

Requirements:

Previous Motor Trade Service department experience (commercial or car) current or very recent;
Excellent customer service skills:
Experience of DMS systems such as Kerridge ADP Autoline.
