Good customer service skills are essential, we are a family run business and we aim to provide an honest and friendly sales environment with no hard sell.

Good communication skills are essential both with customers and other staff in the shop and over the phone. Good mathematic skills are necessary for creating quotes. Computer literacy required. Prior carpet experience not essential.


With such a small staff reliability and punctuality are essential.
