Our media business unit is seeking an Ad Operation Executive to join this fast-paced and growing team.
The primary responsibilities of this role are to complete creative QA, set up campaigns in CM360, distribute creative tags and collect and collate screenshots for the account management team.
This role would be ideal for someone who has had experience in a similar digital ad operations role, however, full training will be provided to fill any gaps in knowledge.
The person will need to have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, be well organised, self-motivated, with the ability explain technical problems in an easy to understand way.
Responsibilities
- Conduct QA checks on every creative ad to make sure all ads work and function correctly before going live
- Become an expert in optimisation and campaign management
- Troubleshoot and problem solve campaigns, where appropriate
- Be the go to person on Google Studio, CM360 and performance data
- Adhere to IAB best practices while keeping within the ABPI code of practice (required for UK pharma campaigns only)
- Communicate with creative agencies, publishers and tech vendors, as and when required
- Create end of campaign reports for the account management team occasionally, when needed
- Be a fast learner and adaptive
- Have an understanding of the objectives of the campaign to allow for key optimisation
- Complete ad hoc ad operations related tasks, as required
- Take ownership of the QA and screenshot process within the agency
Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in digital media
- Analytical mindset be able to spot trends in campaign data
- Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript is desirable but not a requirement
- Good mathematical acumen is essential to understand the calculations required to enhance the reporting process
- Ability to multitask and understand ever changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, with a handson approach to the work
- Advanced Excel abilities with knowledge of data analysis
- High numeracy with the ability to understand media maths
- Be aware of the pillars of adoperations ad verification, brand safety, viewability and geotargeting
