We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with strong communication skills to work within our team in London.A successful applicant will be able to work as part of a growing team and gain experience in dealing with customers and problem solving.
Role Specifics:
You will be representing fortune 100 & 500 companies and helping grow their customer database.
You will be taught to provide a full range of customer support services, including pricing information, lead time requests and active sales management.
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with specific managers and end users.Customer Service Advisor main responsibilities:
- Help set up and present client services to potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries and questions
- Complete sales reports and daily progress tracking
- Generate Leads
- Great communication skills
- Great organisational skills
- Be prepared to take on responsibility

The role is a full time position and comes with a competitive salary with uncapped commission earning between £32,000 - £35,000.
All Customer Service Advisors are expected to see their earning in the region of £30,00 + within a short period of time based on client bonuses.
Experience in office, retail, sales or customer support will be useful within the position.Job Types:
