We are looking for an outgoing Sales Advisor who as part of your role will support the garage by fully satisfying customers needs and contribute towards achieving the perfect user experience


Main duties include:

• Working with our mechanics, MOT testers and technicians to ensure customers are receiving perfect communication.
• Fully satisfy customer needs in respect of any part orders, respects or queries they may have
• Contribute to a positive team performance whilst working on personal benchmarks to optimise personal performance and work on sales product promotions
• Liaise with other members of staff as required ensuring all requirements to customers are met
• Develop knowledge of products

Working hours:

37 (average) hours Monday to Friday, no weekends or bank holiday work


About You

As a Sales Advisor, you will have experience both in a receptionist role and some mechanical or part knowledge is a necessity.

• Able to work well and deliver results under pressure
• Organised with great attention to detail
• Customer focussed
• Target driven, motivated by sales and able to deal with rejection
• Willingness to learn and develop
• A team player with the ability to also work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT Literate
• Knowledge of car parts is essential

We have expanded rapidly over the last few years and continue to grow and would like to expand our office team to enable us to offer the same excellent service as we become busier.

Salary:
£23,263.00-£25,948.00 per year
