Responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Implement individualized treatment plans and strategies under the guidance of a supervisor
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
Engage individuals in educational and recreational activities to promote skill development and social interaction
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals in accordance with established protocols
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and consistent implementation of treatment plans
Document individual progress, behaviors, and incidents as required

Qualifications:

Experience working with children or individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with individuals, families, and team members
Ability to follow instructions and implement strategies as directed by supervisors
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fastpaced environment
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
