We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.- RH is seeking an Outlet Receiving Leader for our Thurrock Outlet located east of London, who is responsible for the development of a high-energy and driven Stock team.

This role will inspire our associates to achieve superior operational excellence and inventory accuracy. As the Receiving Leader you will collaborate with all cross-functional teams to deliver an extraordinary experience to our customers. This role embraces an unwavering commitment to Quality and upholds all safety guidelines.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
Educate Stock team on safety guidelines, inventory policies and procedures
Lead the team to ensure smooth transitions of product from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
Ensure all shipments are processed efficiently and that all merchandise movement is done with safety in mind.
Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged for inventory accuracy
Authenticate the destruction of products that have been marked out of stock (MOS)
Audit release of product to thirdparty delivery partners and customers
OUR REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings
Superior communication, organisation and leadership skills
Exceptional analytical, problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient with current technology including iPads, Mac, PC
Occasionally travel from time to time and at times for extended periods
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequently moving and lifting items up to 50 kg whilst adhering to safety guidelines
Work standing and walking for extended periods of time
Periodically work in an outdoor environment
