It is an exciting time to join the Business Support Living Well Officer Teams as we roll out our Living Well offer.

We are looking for several proactive and hardworking Living Well Officers to join our Teams in both temporary and permanent positions.

Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, County Hall, Norwich and Attleborough:


  • Fixed term contract until 31 May 2025, 37 hours per week, County Hall, Norwich:
- **Permanent contract, 18.5 hours per week, Rebecca House

The role of Living Well Officer is customer focused, with the expectation to deliver a full range of administrative and support services directly to the Locality Teams, and the service users they support.

This is an exceptionally varied role with involvement in daily tasks such as, answering phones as the first point of contact, sourcing grants or community activities, booking respite, minuting meetings, paying invoices, or organising food parcels.

In addition, you will be expected to maintain a list of local resources that you can draw upon when considering requests for support from practitioners.

You will also make some visits to support the operational team so you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car.

The Living Well model seeks to embed our vision to support people to be independent, resilient, and well in the community.

The role of Living Well Officer is key to the delivery of our objectives so you will be busy and will need to be able to manage competing priorities.
