Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to their designated locations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and commercial driving experience to contribute to our growing company.

This position will be for home removals on a day to day basis with routes already planned for yourself and a drivers mate.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and drive a 3.5t Luton Van whilst carrying out removal jobs
• Load and unload goods and materials from the vehicle
• Plan routes and ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate effectively with customers and address any concerns or issues
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Proven experience as a commercial driver or in a similar role
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to lift heavy objects and load/unload goods as necessary
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

£100.00 per day
