Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our client, based in Stirling.This is a full time, temporary role, ongoing until December and offers weekly pay and the chance to work with a professional, local employer.
You will be office based Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch however there can be some flexibility with this.
You will be providing reception and administration support to the office and will be the first point of contact for those phoning in and visiting the site.
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail
- Allocating purchase order numbers
- Arranging refreshments and lunch for internal meetings
- Carrying out weekly fire alarm testing
- Ensuring office supplies are fully stocked
- General associated administration duties
