The Key Accounts Team is responsible for long term business development and customized account management of Artsy's most premier gallery partners.

In this role, you will tailor and implement strategic partnership opportunities and revenue growth strategies to increase subscription revenue and sales performance.

As part of this new team, you will have the opportunity to define and sell new, compelling offerings to key accounts and influence how the business scales.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage portfolio of ~5075 key accounts, growing revenue through retention, uppricing and upsell, pitching current and new offerings
  • Collaborate with new business on key account acquisition and plan selection
  • Lead contributor on strategic initiatives (product, marketing, etc.)
  • Sell and execute elevated account management strategies to drive partner success + gmv revenue growth
- sales & brand marketing opportunities (e.g. Impact Auctions, outfront media campaigns, drops)

  • Identify sales opportunities derived from Artsy Matchmaking signals working with Artsy Advisors and Collector Services to qualify gallery leads and increase GMV

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of professional experience working with external clients, ideally art world
  • Expert sales and business development skills
  • Strong leader and operator
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, nimble and iterative, and driver of change

Role Expectations:

  • Senior leader in the galleries organization, providing resources and mentorship to broader org as needed
  • Teamfirst mindset
  • 23 days in local office per week
  • External advocate for Artsy present in the art world, attending fairs, etc.
