The applicant must be able to work in an environment, dependent working to timescales, to avoid company fines and maintain customer scores.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Contacting customers to give plan dates within relevant timescales
- Taking responsibility to ensure the job is seen through from start to finish
- Working to tight deadlines
- Liaising with local authorities to ensure plan dates are viable and we don't incur fines
- Ordering traffic management to ensure the job takes place on the given date.
- Working within a team
What you'll need
You'll maintain team performance whilst providing a 10/10 service to all our customers.
We're also looking for;
