Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the compilation of O&M manuals across multiple projects.
  • Working closely with the design and technical procurement departments to produce equipment schedules.
  • Coordinating with the design department and site team to ensure drawings are produced at 'asbuilt' stage.
  • Uploading of drawings and testing & commissioning documents to internal document management system.
  • Updating progress trackers.
  • Build, manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, other construction professionals, suppliers and staff.
  • Report to O&M Coordinator on a daily basis.
  • Implement robust processes and controls to increase efficiency and improve performance.
  • Any other duties required to fulfil the requirements of the position.

Person Specification

Qualification

Essential

  • Five GCSE grade A*C (or equivalent) including English and Maths

Desirable

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in ICT

Experience & Knowledge

Essential

  • IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

Desirable

  • Office administration experience

Abilities & Skills

Essential

  • Strong time management and excellent organisation skills are essential, underpinned by an attention to detail
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise and advise staff at all levels, both verbally and in written form
  • To be flexible and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with a varied portfolio of work, progressing work with mínimal supervision
  • Able to meet short deadlines
  • Adaptable and quick thinking with a willingness to learn
  • Good eye for detail to be able to produce accurate work
  • Ability to analyse data and identify discrepancies
