Role summary:
We are looking for someone to join our IT Service Delivery team on a permanent basis as an IT Service Delivery Lead.
This is a newly created position that will take charge of the day-to-day operational aspect of our IT Service Delivery function.
Reporting into the IT Service Delivery Manager you will be:
- assisting with monitoring/ reviewing the incident, request and problem processes and the associated tickets
- working with internal and external resolver groups to provide resolutions as required
- identifying areas for service and process improvement,
- working with resolver groups to implement service and process improvements
ThThe location can be office based (offices in Hemel Hempstead, Leeds, Manchester), hybrid or homebased but there will be an occasional requirement to attend NHS Professionals sites.
We would love to meet someone with:
- Previous experience working in IT Service Delivery and/ or IT Support
- A passion for communicating with and assisting people
- Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
- A track record of identifying areas for improvement
- A good understanding of IT Support processes
- Experience and understanding of ITIL and Continual Service Improvement. ITIL certification would be desirable.
- Experience and knowledge of IT Service Management tools
