Billing Administrator- Cylinder Business Unit - Belfast, United Kingdom - Flogas
Description
Flogas is seeking to recruit an experienced billing administrator to assist in delivering a high level of administration support to our Cylinder Business Unit on a permanent basis.
This position is supporting a busy and growing team who aim to provide a high-quality service to our ever-expanding business and customer base.
The position will operate from our offices in Belfast.The role will be multifaced and will involve the following duties:
Accounts:
- Processing of cylinder invoices.
- Validation of cylinder dockets received from dealers.
- Input of consignment cylinder dockets.
- Reconciliation of consignment stock accounts.
- Monitor and review of accounts and invoices for billing anomalies.
- Assisting with the allocation of payments.
- Assisting with credit control.
Administration & Customer care:
- General office administration duties
- Adhoc duties as required.
Education:
- Third level qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years' experience in office administration is essential.
- A minimum of one years previous experience in a billing role.
- Previous relevant industry experience, particularly in energy, fast moving consumer good or financial services would be an advantage.
