Flogas is seeking to recruit an experienced billing administrator to assist in delivering a high level of administration support to our Cylinder Business Unit on a permanent basis.

This position is supporting a busy and growing team who aim to provide a high-quality service to our ever-expanding business and customer base.

The position will operate from our offices in Belfast.

The role will be multifaced and will involve the following duties:


Accounts:


  • Processing of cylinder invoices.
  • Validation of cylinder dockets received from dealers.
  • Input of consignment cylinder dockets.
  • Reconciliation of consignment stock accounts.
  • Monitor and review of accounts and invoices for billing anomalies.
  • Assisting with the allocation of payments.
  • Assisting with credit control.

Administration & Customer care:


  • General office administration duties
  • Adhoc duties as required.

Education:


  • Third level qualifications are desirable, but not essential.

Experience:


  • 1 to 2 years' experience in office administration is essential.
  • A minimum of one years previous experience in a billing role.
  • Previous relevant industry experience, particularly in energy, fast moving consumer good or financial services would be an advantage.
