Blue Spruce Homes is a Property Developer with multiple residential developments in the London area.

It has been established for over 10 years and is currently reorganising its structure in readiness for substantial additional investment by shareholders.

A Finance Assistant is required to assist the Management Accountant and the Head of Finance in managing the finances of a considerable number of companies which are soon to be formed into a group.

We are based in excellent serviced offices in the heart of Soho and have a hybrid working model - currently two days a week in the office and three days at home but this may switch around to three days in the office at some stage.

We offer a salary of circa £23k to £27k depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and an additional 3 days at Christmas, a contributory pension scheme, and regular company lunches.

Future prospects are excellent as the company continuesto grow and to diversify into different areas of property development.
