Due to successful business growth over in 2023, Fusion For Business are looking for an experienced administrator to join the company to provide administrative support to our sales operation.

Role to start in January 2024.


Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm

Salary:
Basic starting salary up to £27k depending on experience


Location:
Exchange Quay

YOUR ROLE

  • Providing administrative support to the sales consultants.
  • Validating sales packs submitted by the sales team.
  • Adding validated sales packs to the master sales board.
  • Liaising with the sales operation to obtain missing information from sales packs.
  • Supporting the business with energy tending.
  • CRM Management.
  • Distribution of leads to sales team.
  • Diarising and executing termination notice for all sales.
  • Supporting the day to day administrative needs of our sales operation.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director.
  • Consolidating and validating referrals.
  • Liaising with third parties to ensure master reports are updated and accurate.

YOU NEED TO BE

  • Forward thinking
  • Ambitious
  • Organised
  • Able to work in fastpaced environment
  • Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a sales support role
  • Process orientated
  • Able to work well towards targets and KPIs
  • Proficient use of software packages
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Energy Industry is not required although would be highly desirable
