About Our Client:

My client, based in Worcester, is seeking two Customer Service Advisors on a permanent basis.

As Customer Service Advisor, based in Worcester, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Telephony customer service
  • Logging each call on my clients CRM system
  • Following up on important calls to ensure that the matter has been resolved

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Customer Service experience either F2F or in an office based setting
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
