The Opportunity
Primary roles and responsibilities will include:
Providing clients will planning advice and preparing fee proposals.
Managing our associated external consultant team
The ability to positively engage with clients to provide robust and professional advice.
Have a solutions-focused mind-set and a drive to overcome problems and difficulties.
A drive to meet client expectations and promote the business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to competently articulate planning arguments, with a strong competency in report and letter writing.
Ability to work well independently and within and supporting a team.Ability to manage numerous projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
An excellent understanding of planning policy at National, Regional (e.g., London Plan) and Local level.
Strong aptitude for the use of office based software.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

You may also have experience in the following: Senior Planning Officer, Applications Officer, Town Planner, Local Authority, RTPI, Project Management, Planning Officer, Planner, Planning Policy, Planning Legislation, Royal Town Planning Institute, Local Government, etc.
