A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Communication & Engagement Officer to join our busy communication and Engagement team.


As part of this role you will be actively engaging and listening to our service user's current and past lived experience of our service.

This may include setting up working groups, visiting those who may be isolated and engaging with carers to ensure everyone has a voice.

You will support the wider team in driving positive change and outcomes for our service users, whilst promoting service user led engagement programmes in the wider community.


In co-ordination with other members of the team, you will assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of various different databases and support processes relating to all aspects of communication and engagement duties including data analysis, report production and presentation.

You will also play a vital part in the co-ordination and delivery of communication events for both internal and external audiences.


You will need to possess excellent communication and organisation skills and have a passion for making a real difference to people's lives.


If you have experience of working with a variety of people in a customer care or health and social care environment and want to take this a step further, then this could be the role you've been looking for.
