Goodman Masson are partnered with a large London based Housing Association who are going through an exciting period of change, to recruit for a Financial Planning Analyst to join their FP&A function.


You will ideally have some Financial Planning experience within another Housing Association with a good understanding of key financial planning approaches and principles.


Day to day responsibilities include:


  • Contribute to a high performing FP&A team, prioritising tasks to meet milestones
  • Liaise with financial services, treasury and other departments to capture financial planning data
  • Benchmark financial performance and make reasoned recommendations
  • Support monthly management reviews of the business
  • Prepare assigned sections of mediumterm cash flow and liquidity forecasts
  • Prepare aspects of groupwide lingterm financial plan

Essentials:


  • CCAB part qualified/finalist level
  • Experience with financial planning procedures and principles
  • Strong communication skills
