Protocol are delighted to be recruiting for a Caretaker for an Education provider in the Bradford area on a permanent, part-time basis of 25 hours per week.

Salary:
£18,963 - £20,089 per annum

Mon/Tues/Weds: 2.15pm - 7.15pm

Thurs/Fri: 9am - 2pm

The person & qualifications

Experience of General Maintenance work
Experience of working in a school/college atmosphere is desirable but not essential
Willingness to undertake further training

Duties

Provide a safe and secure environment for all College/Trust staff, students, and visitors.
Work with the Estate Supervisor to maintain the buildings and grounds of the College to a high standard.
Be available out of hours in case of occasional emergency call out, in exceptional circumstances.
Respond to first aid calls when on duty.
