An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Band 6 paediatric clinical educator within the paediatric servicesaligned to the healthy lives/responsive care groups.
The paediatric service adopts an holistic approach to care and quality improvement.Patient safety and service improvement is at the forefront of our philosophy and we seek to recruit nurses who are motivated, have positive change management skills and are effective and proactive leaders.
The post holder will deliver a high standard of education, learning and development across all paediatric services ensuring high quality education is delivered to all staff
The post holder will work in partnership with the senior clinical matron and paediatric matrons and will be responsible for implementing evidence based, patient focused practice.
They will work within the clinical areas, working with staff to facilitate the development of skills in order to integrate education and practice development, enhancing quality care delivery from all workforce groups.
The post holder will lead and facilitate audit and research and will function as a role model for staff within the clinical area, enabling and supporting the development of interdisciplinary working, sharing good practice and delivery of high quality, effective and efficient careMore jobs from North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust
