We are looking to appoint a Training Coordinator to be based at our site on Wildmere Road, Banbury. This is a Monday to Friday days based role.


The role:


The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Supervision/Management Team to coordinate internal and external training activity for the plant.

The Training Co-ordinator will also design and develop some internal training packages utilising our in-house training software, Alchemy.

Responsibilities:_

Support Managers to coordinate all staff training and development activity across the bakery.

Ensure operational skills matrices and training files are completed and updated.

Prepare and keep up-to-date training templates and documents including certificates, procedures & risk assessments as required

Support Managers' to identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps

Develop training aids such as new procedures, manuals and handbooks

Evaluate Training effectiveness,

Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment

Support Managers to map out training plans for staff including refresher training

Conduct training / workshops where appropriate for individuals and small groups

Conduct site inductions for both internal & external operational employees

Requirements:_

Previous experience of coordinating training

Experience of training others in a training instructor type of role

Excellent PC skills, Ideally able to use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Excellent Communication skills with the ability to present information clearly both verbal and written at all levels

Experience of working within a manufacturing environment is desirable

Training qualifications such as City and Guilds or CIPD desirable

Able to use own initiative and work with mínimal supervision
