  • Bristol**Based in Bristol city centre, a Legal 500 conveyancing department have opportunities for both residential and commercial property lawyers, to work in a nonvolume team with exposure to local and national work with clients across the UK.
You will be working alongside highly regarded professionals within conveyancing.

If you are looking to step away from working in a volume team, then this Legal 500 firm may be the right move for you.


You will be handling non-volume Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold and Un-registered regional conveyancing files, it is therefore essential you have dealt with in a number of these matters.


To be considered for this position you should have at least 3 year's experience handling a range of conveyancing matters.
