An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Wireman / WirePerson to join a well-established company based in Leyland
Basic Salary:
£26,250 per year + Profit Share + Overtime - Circa: 30,000.00.

The company works with many household names in retail and hospitality, it is also strong within the food, chemical and general manufacturing sectors delivering energy saving systems and improving utility on sites throughout the UK.
They want to recruit someone with at least 2 years' experience of working within a similar role to become an integral member of our small but busy expanding team.

The company are seeking to recruit Wireman / Wirewoman / Wire-person with a good knowledge of electrical panel assembly or switchgear assembly to assist their manufacturing department located in Leyland, Lancs.
At times there may be an opportunity to assist with repairs or installations both locally and throughout the UK.
As a Wireman / Wirewoman / Wire-person you will be primarily responsible for:
- Electro mechanical assembly of switchgear and electrical panels.
- Wiring of switchgear and electrical panels.
- Keeping good care of company assets, tools and plant etc.
Qualities around diligence, reliability and enthusiasm are key while the right person would need to demonstrable a good knowledge of wiring and Electro mechanical assembly of switchgear and electrical panels.
- To be highly motivated & reliable.
- Ability to understand single line diagrams and wiring diagrams.
- Good practical skills around hand tools and power tools.
- An understanding of safe practice & health and safety.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- To work well independently and also as part of a team.
Preferred although not essential:
- Driving licence.
- Ability to works away from home for short period of time.
Working Hours:
- Monday
- Thursday 8am 16:15.
- Friday: 8am 15:00.
