Housing Officer

South Dorset and Devon Coastal
It's an exciting time to join #teammagna as we start to build our new ways of working.

We are currently recruiting for 3 Housing Officers in Dorset.

This role is to cover our homes in South Dorset and 36 homes in Seaton, Devon.

The rest of your patch will cover Lyme Regis, Burton Bradstock, and some parts of Bridport.

As part of your role, you will work as part of a Home Services Region, managing up to 550 homes across your patch.

You will need to live in commuting distance from the areas covered as you will spend at least 50% of your day out in our communities. You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

The successful applicants will provide a valuable service and ensure that customers and their families are supported to maintain a successful tenancy.
