We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring a delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Rolled Ice Cream Production:

Prepare and create rolled ice cream desserts according to PannIce's signature recipes.
Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the presentation of each dessert.
Maintain a clean and organized work station while adhering to food safety guidelines.

2.

Team Leadership:

Motivate and lead the team to maintain high standards of service and product quality.
Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere among team members.
Provide guidance and support to new team members, ensuring efficient onboarding.

3.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Educate customers about our products and assist them in making informed choices.
Create a fun and positive atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service.

4.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on PannIce's menu offerings and any special promotions.
Share product knowledge with team members to enhance customer interactions.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and suggestions for improvement.

5.

Hygiene and Safety:

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including regular handwashing and the use of personal protective equipment.
Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or food preparation role is preferred.
A passion for creating delightful customer experiences.
Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude even in highpressure situations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
