Are you looking for a better work-life balance? Fed up of late night paperwork and chasing payment

We are looking for an experienced Builder/Foreman to help deliver an exciting range of varied refurbishments and assist in developing our business.

Duties will involve facilitating various trades on multiple working sites.

Must have an exceptional knowledge of the building process and not be afraid to pitch in, and teach if required.

You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver the high quality of finish that Change IT customers have come to expect.

You must have:

The ability to set out, manage jobs and subcontractors:

Be able to read and understand architectural plans:

Supervisory experience
