Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst? Do you have experience working with Windows 10 and Office 365? If so, we have partnered with a global consumables manufacturing company based in West London who are going through a period of growth right now and are hiringfor a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis.

This Senior IT Service Desk Analyst will be joining a market leading organisation, this opportunity has become available as a direct result of business growth and offers career growth, working with new technology and the opportunity to work on a host of excitingnew projects.

Hybrid working is available upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Senior IT Service Desk Analyst
The Senior IT Service Desk Analyst will have the following responsibilities.

  • Carrying out escalated IT Support requests.
  • Supporting and mentoring Junior IT Support colleagues.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of all support documentation.
  • Network patching & connectivity.
  • Supporting Head of IT in the delivery of daytoday support activities and IT projects.
  • Carrying out IT training with and for colleagues.
  • Conducting equipment deployment and moves.
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers and partners.
  • Supporting users remotely and onsite.

Senior IT Service Desk Analyst
The Senior IT Service Desk Analyst will have the following essential skills/experience.

  • Proficient in Windows 10 & Office 36
  • Experience with Windows Server troubleshooting and repair.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting & connectivity.
  • Prior experience building, configuring and troubleshooting Laptops and personal devices.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly organised with a "Cando" mentality.
