With offices based in an idyllic location on the Gwynedd coast, we have an opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales and Customer Service professional to join a successful, rapidly growing company in a full time, permanent, role that offers a competitive salary, and the chance to develop your career

In the Sales and Customer Service job, your responsibilities will include:

Providing a professional response to all customer enquiries across a variety of platforms
Answering a variety of calls that include sales, technical and customer service queries always ensuring an efficient response
Working with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure all returns are recorded and processed efficiently, acting on customer feedback and processing refunds/ replacements
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Sales team ensuring orders are tracked, customers are kept informed, and any supply issues relayed to purchasing
Maximising the customer service experience at every opportunity

We would love to see your CV if you have the following:

Proven demonstrable experience in a similar sales and customer service based role ideally from a technical / automotive background
Evidence of understanding the sales system / cycle
The ability to interact with other departments, maintaining strong levels of service and communication
Good commercial acumen with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Exceptional communication skills written and verbal, including good IT skills with proficient use of MS office software
Outstanding customer service skills and a polite manner always
Organised, with good time management skills

This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, with a salary up to £12.

00 per hour dependent on skills and experience

This role would be commutable from, Pwllheli, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Porthmadog, Caernarfon, Bangor, and parts of Conwy. Successful applicants would need a full UK licence and own vehicle.
