To grow our expanding Commercial Team, we are looking for a Commercial and Contracts Administrator to join us.

Working on a variety of projects, you'll be part of unique commercial and procurement offering that will stand out as by being original in our sectors.


Your key responsibilities will be:

Pro-actively administer commercial contracts on various projects, including supporting the identification and evaluation of change, risks and opportunities.
Be involved in all aspects of contract and change administration, including the championing of changes through internal assurance and approvals
Encourage innovative thinking around continuous improvement for contract administration and management and support the delivery of process improvements
Support the delivery of contracts from quality perspective
Be adept at data and information analysis in support of contract delivery requirements
Have a strong mathematical acumen and a desire to grow in the commercial profession

On top of that, you'll:

Be working towards a professional qualification or equivalent (RICES, CIArB)
Demonstrate previous use of and be adept at getting familiar with systems to support contract delivery
Have a strong desire to learn about all forms of contract and commercial management
Have an easy going and approachable manner when working with all
Ideally can demonstrate commercial acumen
Able to break down information and summarise it clearly and accurately in a written form
Have desire to use data and information effectively
