Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented
Finance Officer? This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in finance to take responsibility for managing all aspects of accounts processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Finance Officer:

  • Accounts Management
  • Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable.


  • Financial Reporting

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports.


  • Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Supplier and Subcontractor Management
  • Processing new supplier and subcontractor evaluations and managing annual evaluations to ensure all insurance, accreditations and other relevant documentation is up to date.


  • General Administration

  • Assist the contracts department with raising purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors. Preparing Contracts Site Boxes and processing paperwork on return. Any other tasks as assigned by senior management.

What you will need to succeed as Finance Officer:

  • Proven experience working in a finance role.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of CIS procedures (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of VAT procedures (Desirable)

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
