Creative Studio Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creative Studio Coordinator. As a key member of our gallery programme, you will be responsible for managing artist relationships, coordinating exhibitions, and maintaining our inventory database.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for internal enquiries and artist studio teams.
Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and consistency with studio records.
Develop and manage interest/priority client lists for high-demand artists, collaborating closely with our sales team.
Coordinate artist schedules, utilizing Google Alerts to track upcoming events and press coverage.
Communicate effectively with internal artist email groups regarding incoming work, returns, and technical queries.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
