We have an opportunity for a Contract Supervisor to join our Responsive Team.Your key responsibility will be to ensure delivery of a high-quality customer and health and safety focussed service taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the operation including 24-hour emergency service.
The position will involve co-location within the client offices and is based in WalsallKey Accountabilities will include:
- Ensure high quality service is provided with the management of the work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards and SLAs
- Provide technical advice in relation to repairs to tenants, operatives
- Ensure that the service is delivered to all groups and members of the community ensuring equality of the service
- Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager
- Manage the provision of the Voids service operating 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
- Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets
- Effective and efficient management of material costs and ensure that all are following correct processes and procedures
- Take responsibility for the provision of customer services within the Voids function to the required quality, performance and financial controls and approved policies in order to achieve a high quality customer focussed service
- Monitor quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys.
- Determine optimum employment levels to comply with the provision of the service
- Lead, direct and develop a multidisciplined team of directly and indirectly employed staff.
- Lead, manage and contribute to the development of your team
