This growing, people centric, Procurement Consultancy, based out of Nottingham are enabling and empowering clients across the public and private sector through their dynamic service offerings.
At roughly 20 staff, the people behind this organisation are providing outcomes and solutions to the market unlike any other competitor, both through the use of technology and their specialist, long standing knowledge of the procurement market.
The Opportunity
As they continue to grow, they are looking for an innovative, recruitment professional to embed themselves within the organisation, partner with leadership and drive the recruitment of talent for the entire business.
As the stand-alone Recruitment Partner,this role allows you the opportunity to do both the strategic design and hands on implementation of a whole new recruitment process, proactively responding to market insights, with an innovative, agile approach to talent attraction.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of an exceptional, endtoend recruitment process; from the design and implementation of that process, to talent mapping, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding etc
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement/management

This is a really exciting, part time opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to embed themselves within a small,growing organisation and have full autonomy over all things recruitment.
Essential:
- Prior recruitment experience, inhouse or agency, leading the full endtoend recruitment process within professional services
- Proven success and experience of process improvement and implementation for recruitment solutions
- Understanding of different resourcing methods and approaches from talent attraction and market mapping
- Understanding of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and compliance/control requirements
- Confident working autonomously
Desirable:
- Experience recruiting procurement professionals
- Understanding of the UK procurement market
