Property Development Executive (x2)

£45,000 to £53,000 per annum

Hybrid working option, enabling you to combine working from home and our offices in Cardiff, Llanelli or Wrexham

The role of Property Development Executive is responsible for sourcing, appraising and delivering property development investments under our Development Funds.

These investments are made under commercial terms and in accordance with the investment criteriaset by Development Bank of Wales.

You will be entrusted with sourcing and appraising property development deal proposals as well as managing property development deals from inception through to repayment.

To be successful in this role you should have the abilityto negotiate deal structures effectively with both customers and their advisors; including security, pricing, covenants, warranties, conditions precedent, monitoring requirements and repayment obligations with confidence.

We are looking for an individual that has or is;
- experience of working in the banking industry.
- experience of property development investing and credit report preparation.
- experience of analysing financial information, valuation reports and feasibility studies.
- an understanding of risk assessment and investment processes & procedures.
- strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.

IT literate to include the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

It would be a bonus if you;
- had an established network of introducers within the Welsh property sector.
- had knowledge and understanding of the role of the public sector in SME finance.
- had an understanding of the regional business environment.
- were a Welsh speaker.
- had a Driving License.
