Nixon McQuade is proud to be working with an established manufacturing company based in Co. Tyrone to find a skilled Accounts Administrator to join their team.


As the Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations for our client's business.


Responsibilities:


  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile invoices, statements, and accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with monthend and yearend financial closing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Sage 50 preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
