Behaviour Specialist Cover Supervisor Wanted

Responsibilities:

Delivering planned work to students with challenging behaviours
Managing a classroom and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
Working closely with the school's senior leadership team to provide support and guidance
Identifying and implementing strategies to improve behaviour and engagement
Providing regular updates to parents and carers regarding progress

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience working with students who have challenging behaviours
Strong classroom management skills
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies
A passion for working with young people
